The candidate we are seeking should:
- Be a talented and experienced Creative Leader who can generate campaign ideas
- Be able to direct and guide our creative writers and art directors in campaign development
- Be digitally savvy to direct the digital creative team in creating Digital Engagement Campaigns
- Have bi-lingual capability and presentation skills to present the agency’s work and campaigns
- Work as a member of our top management team and help build relationships with Clients
- Work with our Strategists and Account Management to develop strategy-based campaigns
- Continue and enhance our tradition of winning creative, digital and effectiveness awards
