Candidates should have some experience in marketing, advertising, digital, PR, research or a similar marketing-related function together with a CIM, SLIM or other marketing qualification or part qualification. Fluency in English and either Sinhala or Tamil is essential.

Candidates will have the opportunity to work with other members of the agency team, as a client liaison for the brands assigned to them, to develop strategy, generate ideas, and execute campaigns for assigned clients and brands.

They should have a 'can do' attitude and be able to take initiative, multitask and work as team players while assuming responsibility for the brands assigned to them.
